TESTING AND CONSULTATION SERVICES

All Systems that have been installed under AS/NZS1891 and AS/NZS4488 for the purpose of working at heights, require periodic inspections and certification. Soteria Industries can inspect and certify all height safety systems and provide certification for your Height Safety equipment and Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE). Soteria Industries can also carry out audits and provide a comprehensive report on the condition of your existing system. The report will include what is Installed and a recommendation of any other systems required to ensure your system is safe and complies with current Standards and Codes of Practice.   Following is a list of items and inspection periods.

As per The Australian Standards the following periodic inspections are mandatory.

• PPE and all webbing based systems - Every 6 months

• Anchor points and rail systems - Every 12 months

• Static lines - Every 12 months

• Ladder systems - as per manufacturer's recommendations

• Handrailing systems - as per manufacturer's recommendations
